I am a lecturer, trainer, interviewer and can create and deliver inspiring content to a range of clients.

I speak to large audiences and deliver keynotes and speeches for a variety of organisations and am the choice to present awards that recognise outstanding achievement. The strangest venue I have spoken in was the Cutty Sark presenting awards at their annual Care Leavers Achievement Celebration alongside the leader of Greenwich and the Mayor of Greenwich. I am a Sociology lecturer for undergrads and postgrads and contribute to panel discussions, chair panels debates and Q&As with notable guests working in academia, publishing and media. I have experience of media interviews and podcasts guest appearances. I offer an expert voice in Neurodiversity, Race Equality topics and have broadcast experience, academic intellect, communication skills and charisma to set the right tone for your event.

I am a skilled qualitative researcher and Sociologist with a background in Broadcast Journalism.

I have worked as a researcher in News and Current Affairs. I completed my Masters in Social Research and am able to create methodologies for data collection and analysis. I have a wealth of skills and experience to offer and a solid research background gaining my PhD in Sociology from University of London. My sociological background and research training make me an ideal choice for working with medium to large organisations to create bespoke programmes to meet your training needs and also to collate data about your organisational culture and changes towards more inclusive working practices.

Consulting my Sociological training and research skills offer organisations cutting edge experience and an opportunity to lead the field in relation to your Diversity agenda.

I am one of the leading UK experts in Neurodiversity, having extensive experience of how it manifests and solutions to create more inclusive workplace cultures. My knowledge is both personal and professional and I bring a wealth of background in Consulting for large organisations in my previous roles as a Race and Diversity Consultant. I am a leading expert and consultant in the UK for Mixed Race as a classification and an experience. I have been shaping organisations in the arena of diversity in how to engage with diverse populations and adapting policy and practices in line with guidelines. Using evidenced based research data to create unique packages for organisations at senior levels. My work is with medium to large organisations committed to an inclusive organisation and making Diversity in all its forms a sustainable change.

I am able to write compelling content and can write for diverse audiences as well as distill complex information into accessible everyday language.

I am a published author and my academic book Fostering Mixed Race Children, was shortlisted for the British Sociological Association Prize for being an ‘Innovative first, sole authored book’. I am currently writing my second non-fiction book after being selected for the inaugural HarperCollins Author Academy. I write regularly for media and news and have pieces that span social commentary, essays, articles, blog posts on Neurodiversity, Diversity and Inclusion in the workplace. I can distill complex information and topics or research into everyday English and have experience of writing new guidelines or mission statements for companies looking to embed new guidelines.
